You might have heard of the Vagus Nerve. It's the part of your nervous system responsible for relaxation and digestion. If you have trouble destressing, getting to sleep or have anxiety or digestion issues your Vagus nerve might be underactive. These 2 simple relaxing techniques will help to activate your vagus nerve and bring you into a state of relaxation. I use them regularly myself and have even seen them pull people back from the start of panic attacks.
