The BIG 6™️ Lymph Reset is a simple self-care routine that takes about 3 minutes and can be done daily to help reduce congestion, inflamation and excess fluid. It involves lightly rubbing and tapping the 6 main lymph nodes, hence the name BIG 6™️. It works by clearing out the waste that accumulates in the filters or lymph nodes of the body’s drainage (lymphatic) system.

 

Some improvements I’ve personally experienced or seen in others include:

  • Clearer sinuses and much faster recovery from sinusitis

  • More energy and a good wake-up boost doing it first thing in the morning

  • Reduced brain fog

  • Improved skin appearance

  • Improved bowel movement

  • Significant reduction in fluid retention (leg swelling)

I would encourage you to try it daily for a month. It could be a game changer for many people. Start with once a day. You may experience a detoxification reaction the first few times you do the Big 6 routine. If this happens, do not repeat the Big 6 again until you feel a bit better. When you are able to do the Big 6 on a daily basis then you can add more frequent sessions.

 

Common symptoms of detoxification include:

  • Headache

  • Tiredness/fatigue

  • Brain Fog

  • Soreness

  • Skin reactions

  • Temporary increase in your symptoms

  • Slight fever

 

Warning: Do not do this routine if you are pregnant, have heart or circulation disorders, acute infections or diagnosed with cancer. If you have any concerns about the suitability of this routine please consult your medical professional.
